I am highly experienced in ERP system implementations, both internally and with third-party service providers. I have supported transformational outcomes through cross-functional, large-scale programs, embedding digital solutions and common processes for thousands of users in multiple regions. My expertise spans Production & Operations, ERP systems (SAP, Ariba), and business transformation, with a focus on aligning operational activities to strategy and improving efficiency.
