I am a Business Transformation Leader with over 15 years of experience in diverse domains such as supply chain, marketing, sales, data science, and business intelligence. With extensive knowledge in transformation methodologies, I coach a business unit of 160 individuals in agile transformation for large-scale projects that are strategic to the company's portfolio and gas delivery to multiple regions.

My mission is to develop leadership capabilities during times of transformation and equip leaders with the necessary tools to build stronger organizations. I am also proficient in data analysis, reporting, and visualization using various tools and systems, which I believe are key to supporting business decisions and process improvements.
